All accounts offered by Jumpline are VDS (Virtual Dedicated Server) accounts, allowing you to host multiple sites on a single account. For the price, Jumpline offers somewhat limited disk space and bandwidth compared to many of its competitors. On the positive side, they run a good network with OC-192 connectivity and lots of redundancy.
