- Ranking Criteria -

Our rankings are meant to serve as guides that aid you in selecting a host. To make each list we provide as useful as possible, we base our evaluations on the following criteria:

• Quality of Services: We look at such things as the quality of servers, strength of network, built-in redundancies, quality and number of data centers, and technical support.
• Customer Support: We periodically send inquiries to various hosts to evaluate how quickly and thoroughly they answer our questions. In addition, we use feedback from our site visitors as well as ratings of other independent organizations to evaluate the quality of service.
• Reputation: In order to judge reputation, we visit Web forums, read Web reviews other than our own, and examine the awards (if any) that the hosts have won.
• Product Diversity: We favor hosts that offers multiple plans since this allows you to have more options when you upgrade or change your plan as you hosting needs change.
